MY UNSUNG HERO
Everyone has a hero in their lives. The heroes are those people whom we admire so much. They can be our very close people, people worth writing about. As a 13 year old girl I decided that my essay is going to be about my mother. I have known her since I was born, since she first looked at me.
My mother’s name is Slavica. She was born in Bitola in 1960. Right now she is forty-nine years old. She is very beautiful woman both physically and intellectually. She has brown hair and lovely, big eyes. She is an architect and she really loves her vocation. My mother works as an architect in Kratovo. It is the place where we live as a family.
I endlessly love my mother and I’m very attached to her. She knows all about me, every time I have a problem. When I am sad, not in the mood or happy, she is always there for me when I need someone. My mother knows all my wishes and my secrets. When I have a problem we talk about it all the time. It is then when she tells me similar stories about her own childhood. When my mother was a child she used to live in Demir Hisar. She used to be very beautiful and naughty girl. She has older brother, my dear uncle.
My mother is my hero and I respect her because she is very strong and brave woman. Not all mothers are like that. She knows how to confront with all the problems and obstacles in her life and my life too. I always believe in her and her abilities. I can’t remember if I ever had a problem at school and my mother wasn’t there. She hares all my success at school and supports me in everything I do because she believes in me just as I believe in her.
My mother is my sun which always shines and never stops. She is the most beautiful thing that has happened to me, to my world. She is the hero of this small essay and the hero of my life. I love her as every child should love his or her own mother - with all my heart.
